Adam Roberts is an author of historical fantasy, with the fantasy epic 'The Emperor's Blades' coming out in the US on November 14th, 2016. He has won the British Fantasy Award twice, for Bite-Sized Demons (2010) and The Solaris Book of New Science Fiction (2010). His most recent novel is The Court of Broken Knives (2015), which was nominated for the 2015 David Gemmell Legend Award. He has written short stories for anthologies including 'The Mammoth Book of Best New Horror', 'The Mammoth Book of Best New SF 22' & 'New Voices in Fantasy'. His most recent collection of short stories is called 'A Private Sea'
